Es erlangte auf paradoxe Weise gleichzeitig Aufmerksamkeit (weil sich der Publisher von <b>Final Fantasy 7<\/b> an einem <b>Resident-Evil<\/b>-\u00e4hnlichen Horrorsetting versuchte) und Entt\u00e4uschung (weil es sich v\u00f6llig anders spielt als die beiden \u201eVorbilder\u201c). Im Nachhinein gilt es als Geheimtipp, den man allein aufgrund von Yoko Shimomuras fantastischer Musik gespielt haben sollte.<\/p>\n<p>Ich erh\u00f6he und behaupte gar: Das hier ist ihr bislang bestes Werk \u2013 besser als <b>Street Fighter 2<\/b>, <b>Front Misson<\/b> und alles wo <b>Kingdom Hearts<\/b> drauf steht. Bereits im Intro gef\u00e4llt das auffallend dominant und \u201ehart\u201c klingende Klavier, das einen Gro\u00dfteil der eher unterw\u00fcrfigen <b>Resident-Evil<\/b>-Scores zum Fr\u00fchst\u00fcck verputzt. Schon etwas gewagter ist das Kampfthema \u201eArise within You\u201c, weil sich das in den ersten Takten recht zahm anh\u00f6rt und jedes Mal auf neue an Energie gewinnen muss.<\/p>\n<p>Doch nat\u00fcrlich ist der eigentliche Star die synthetische Sopranisten-Stimme, die den Charakter der Antagonisten repr\u00e4sentiert.
